We acquire assets with a clear opportunity to add value through repositioning, conversion or development, such as our car park to self-storage scheme in Derry.
We stay hands-on after acquisition, improving operations, strengthening income and working closely with tenants and operating partners such as Bubble Self Storage and Store4U.
We hold assets for the long term rather than trade them. Our industrial and self-storage income has a weighted average unexpired lease term of over 10 years, and our 35-acre land bank in Drogheda gives us room to keep growing.
Our portfolio comprises Gross Floor Area of 336,000 sq ft of commercial property across Ireland, primarily in the industrial and self-storage sectors. We focus on assets where active management and operational improvement can enhance performance, strengthen income and create long-term value. Our aim is to build a portfolio of well-located assets with strong fundamentals and further potential for growth.
